ABOUT / APPROACH

The process behind the process.

Start with the business problem. Make every exception visible. Leave people in control.

Hi, I’m Vivek.

I’m a Senior Associate Consultant focused on RPA and intelligent automation, with 7+ years of enterprise delivery experience. My core platforms are UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft Power Platform.

How I think about automation

I bring process understanding, hands-on development, and production support together. I work closely with business stakeholders and developers to build maintainable workflows with clear exception handling.

The RPA Lab puts these principles into practice through fictional training scenarios. It is an engineering practice environment, not a record of client engagements.

MY APPROACH, IN PRACTICEInteractive example

Less checking by hand.
More time for decisions.

Imagine a finance team receiving supplier invoices every day. Someone has to read each one, compare it with the purchase order, and check it has not already been processed. Automation can handle those repeatable checks and send exceptions to a person.

THE MANUAL WORK

Open documents, copy details, and compare records one by one.

THE AUTOMATED HELP

Read the details, apply the same checks, and explain the next action.

THE BUSINESS BENEFIT

Less repetitive work, fewer duplicate entries, and clearer reviews.

Try it: choose an invoice situation, then select “Run this example” to see how the next step changes.

Less repetitive work. Clearer decisions.

A useful automation checks the details, catches exceptions, and knows when to ask a person.

No real invoice is processed or payment made.
FICTIONAL TRAINING EXAMPLE

Secure by default

Keep training surfaces separate from account and administrative boundaries.

Humans stay in control

Give uncertain data an explicit review path.

Automate the process, not the mess

Clarify inputs and rules before building the workflow.
